Shipping Policy

Delivery typically takes 8-10 weeks from the date of your order.

Your order will be delivered in multiple shipments, with fronts and cabinet boxes arriving separately. Deliveries may come via common courier or pallet loads.

Pallet Deliveries: The carrier will contact you with a delivery window.
Additional Fees: Inside delivery, non-accessible addresses (e.g., no 54’ trailer access), or scheduled appointments may incur extra charges.

Please inspect all parts upon delivery:

Visible Damage: Note it on the delivery slip at the time of delivery.
Concealed Damage: Report it within 3 days with photo documentation. Replacements or resolutions are at our discretion.

Orders over $3999 ship with complimentary shipping, please note that some tall cabinets and end panels may be excluded from this policy.
