General Shipping and Delivery
Do you ship to Canada or outside the contiguous U.S.?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States.
How long does it take to receive my cabinets after I place an order?
Delivery typically takes 4-5 weeks from the date of your order. Please note that your order will arrive in multiple shipments.
Can I choose or adjust my delivery date?
Unfortunately, due to manufacturing and logistics, we’re unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests.
How will my cabinets be delivered, and will I be notified?
Your order will be delivered in multiple shipments, with fronts and cabinet boxes arriving separately. Deliveries may come via common courier or pallet loads.
- Pallet Deliveries: The carrier will contact you with a delivery window.
- Additional Fees: Inside delivery, non-accessible addresses (e.g., no 54’ trailer access), or scheduled appointments may incur extra charges.
What should I do if I receive damaged or missing parts?
Please inspect all parts upon delivery:
- Visible Damage: Note it on the delivery slip at the time of delivery.
- Concealed Damage: Report it within 3 days with photo documentation.
Replacements or resolutions are at our discretion.
Will you reimburse labor or time spent repairing damaged cabinets?
We do not cover costs for repairs or replacements of damaged products.
Cabinet Features and Options
Do the cabinets include installation hardware?
We don’t provide installation hardware due to variations in local building codes and installation environments. We recommend consulting a certified local contractor for proper installation.
Are your cabinets easy to assemble?
Our cabinets use a patented clip eliminating the need to uses screws for cabinet assembly and speeding up the process to a couple of minutes per cabinet. You will need to screw on the hinges, drawer fronts and drawer slides.
Are the sides of the cabinets finished to match, or do I need to order finished sides?
You’ll need to order finished end panels to match the fronts.
Are the cabinets strong enough to support granite or other stone countertops?
Yes, our cabinets are built to support granite and other stone materials.
Do the doors and drawers come with soft-close features?
Yes, all our doors are soft-close, and drawers are full-extension with soft-close functionality.
Do you sell just doors, drawer fronts, or cabinet boxes without doors or drawers?
No, we only sell complete cabinet systems.
I don't like any of the colors available online, do you have additional options?
Most of our cabinet fronts are available in virtually any color, however there is an additional fee for special order colors. Please contact us for more details.
Ordering and Payments
Can I purchase over the phone?
For accuracy, we require all orders to be placed online. If you need help, our friendly customer service team is happy to assist you through the process.
Do you offer special pricing for builders or contractors?
Yes! Contact us for details about our trade program.
Can I cancel or revise my order?
Once your order enters production, it cannot be canceled or revised.

Where is your company located, and where are the products made?
We’re based in Lauderhill, Florida. Our products are manufactured in the United States and the European Union.
Are your cabinets covered by a warranty?
Yes, our cabinets come with a limited five-year warranty.
What is your return policy?
Since all cabinets are made to order, we cannot accept returns.
